| Easter fun kicks off in Mathoura at the Easter Fair held in the Soldiers War Memorial Gardens on the morning of Easter Saturday. The event includes art competitions, egg and spoon races, decorated esky, bike, and hat competitions. The highlight of the Fair is always the Tiny Tott Competition, Miss and Master Junior Easter Fair and a Miss Easter Fair Competition. Stalls typically include fresh produce, pickles and jams, cook books, cakes, face painting, cold drinks, crafts and more. There are always the ever popular raffles, barbecue and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny! One Easter Sunday join us at Picnic Point for the Annual Duck Race and Pooch Parade. |
