The Festival has a wide variety of market stalls and activities, including chainsaw competitions, vintage car displays, wine tastings, tarot card readings and art displays. The Fair always places great emphasis on kids activities, including plenty of competitions, games, dancing and giveaways. On the Saturday night, you can head down to one of the local Pubs or the Mathoura Bowling Club for great meals and live entertainment.

The Mathoura Festival is an annual event held the Saturday before Melbourne Cup Day on the picturesque lawns of the Mathoura Visitor Centre.
