The Murray River in Mathoura is unique with no high banks and easy access. Find a secluded beach, have a swim, and enjoy a picnic with wines of the Southern Riverina.
A boat ramp at Picnic Point is popular with water skiers and canoeists.

You can canoe or kayak on the peaceful Moira Lakes or the Ramsar listed Wetlands.
If you are in for an adventure you might like to start at the mouth of the Edward and head to Deniliquin.
